The Fielding Group transitioned a B2C orientated organisation into a broader B2B business, adapting digital learning products for a corporate market. International responsibility for growing B2B revenues; overseeing marketing, sales and client services.

GMFJ is a Private Equity backed technology business that helps colleges and training providers source young people for apprenticeship programmes using a set of pre-selection criteria. After two years post seed investment, GMFJ found themselves in a situation where the majority of revenue was won by the two founders through their own profile and network. To give investors confidence the business could scale, there was a need to demonstrate a predictable commercial flow from proposition, lead generation to sales conversion.
